Buying a home is not only a big financial investment, it’s a process. Especially in a competitive market, you need an agent who has time for you, as well as someone with the expertise and support network to help you navigate that process and win. That’s where I come in. Not only do I live, work and play in the North Carolina Triangle as a REALTOR®, professor and architectural photographer (knowing the area well makes me a neighborhood expert), I’ve been a part of the home buying process of hundreds of clients. I believe that finding the right home is work, but that it should also be fun (and I guarantee that everyone always learns something new). As a buyer’s agent, I have a very critical eye and strive to balance that with client needs, wants and the reality of the market.

Having a PhD in Leadership and Management, while perhaps unusual in real estate, actually allows me to better serve clients as I seek to lead and manage their home buying process. In my free time I enjoy travel, the rescue dog my partner and I adopted 4 years ago, being outdoors and many of the Triangle’s amazing independent breweries. I have lived in Durham and Chapel Hill for 7 years, after living in Buffalo, NY, Seattle, WA, and South Central Pennsylvania.
